Statistics slightly vary, but surveys of seminary students and missionaries show that, at a minimum, 70 percent of these people came to know Jesus Christ as Savior before the age of 14. If we dig a little deeper, we’ll uncover this startling fact: Over 50 percent of Christians chose to follow Christ between the ages of 5 and 9. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. God is in control. God will give us the energy needed to accomplish His good will – His purposes. And what are God’s purposes? Our good. God’s will is that all should be saved. God’s will is that all should experience the greatest good in the universe – our creator God, our Forever Father, the One who loves us so much He sacrificed His son so we could be with Him.
