Children entering Pre-K through 6th grade are invited to join us for our Blessing of the Backpacks & Back-to-School Bash on Sunday, August 2, from 11:00 AM–12:15 PM at Rock Bridge Baptist Church, 1012 Rockbridge Rd NW, Norcross, GA 30093.
Bring your own backpack to church! During the service, we'll have a special Blessing of the Backpacks prayer over our students, teachers, school staff, and homeschool families as they begin a new school year. Each child who brings a backpack will receive a special gift.
After the blessing, children ages 3 through 3rd grade will head to Kids' Bridge for our Back-to-School Bash, featuring:
Fun activities
A delicious snack
Special take-home goodies
Students entering 4th–6th grade will remain in the worship service after the backpack blessing.
